Alexandra von Hahn, the author of CULINARY MAGIC OF THE EMIRATES (2019), participated in 150 interviews to conduct and explore a lot about UAE culture and the book she tackled is full of Emirati stories and recipes as she said in one of her interviews at the Sharjah International Book Fair.  The book mentions many aspects of the culture of the United Arab Emirates. Besides cooking Emirati food and how it is prepared, the book mentions hospitality and complete respect for the food prepared.  In addition, 27 Emirati citizens shared the original recipes from all over the country, which helped the author in writing the book, gaining a broader understanding and knowledge to select the appropriate and correct information to clarify matters more accurately to the reader.
